END MARIJUANA PROHIBITION INITIATIVE DRIVE

Maine Vocals will be launching a Citizens Initiative drive to Legalize Marijuana with regulations for an Age Limit of 19 Years Old and other public protections, and a regulation for a Taxation of Sales of Marijuana, but not on Hemp products other than the State Tax which is imposed on all good except food products.
This proposal is needed to finally stop the persecution for Many of Maine citizens that use marijuana for Personal Relaxation, Medicine Uses, or Hemp Products. It will also bring back the Hemp Industry to Maine, and our farmers desperately need a crop they can grow on all farms for many needed uses such as Fuels (Liquid or Solid Pellets), Biomass, Paper all grades, Clothing 100% Hemp or Blended Cotton, Silk or many combinations of cloth to name a few of the possibilities.
